So happy for these first time buyers! We started working together over a year ago…working out a plan and timeline to get them in the prime position to buy. Thank you Aimee Stauffer - Idaho Realtor for your continued trust, especially with such close friends.

My friends and now clients, Kevin and Mackenzie, are officially closing on their first home in Boise, Idaho. First homes are always special, but this one has a little extra personality. Their brand new home backs up to a canal that apparently comes with resident woodchucks. We have already named them because we saw them every single visit. It is basically their own private zoo and I am here for it.

They are stepping into a beautiful new construction home with vaulted ceilings, an open layout perfect for entertaining, upgraded kitchen finishes, and a primary suite that truly feels like a retreat. It is the perfect blend of style, comfort, and practicality for this next chapter.

They will also have access to an incredible community clubhouse with a pool, gym, sport courts, and gathering spaces once it opens, which makes Boise living even sweeter.

While they may be a little farther away for quick pop-by visits, I could not be more proud of them or more grateful they trusted me to help them buy their first home in the Boise real estate market. Moments like this are exactly why I love what I do.
