🏡 Three years in the making… and absolutely worth the wait. ❤️

I have been working with this amazing borrower for more than three years as she searched for the right home for herself and her son.

And over three years, a lot of life happens. Plans change. Circumstances shift. The market changes. Through all of it, we stayed connected, kept adjusting, and kept waiting for the home that truly made sense for them.

And she finally found it. 🥹🔑

This home is such a great fit for the two of them, and I especially love that there’s a park just down the street where her young son can play and they can make so many new memories together.

This is one of those transactions that reminds me that homeownership doesn’t always happen on a perfectly planned timeline. Sometimes it takes patience, persistence, and a little faith that the right opportunity will come along.

I am so incredibly happy for these two and excited for everything this next chapter holds. Congratulations on your new home! 🏡❤️

Sometimes a deal comes together and you just have to think… this is exactly how it’s supposed to work. 🏡👏

This one was extra fun.

My client was referred to me by my CPA, who is seriously a ninja when it comes to tax strategy. 🥷 He had already chosen his real estate agent and, in a little serendipitous twist, he happens to be a longtime referral partner of mine.

Then we added another rockstar to the mix.

I connected him with an amazing short-term rental specialist who is now helping him furnish and set up the property with an actual STR strategy behind every decision. They know what gets bookings, what guests are looking for and how to create a property that performs. Even better, they’ll be managing it for him too.

THIS is why I’m such a believer in having the right people around the table.

There can be some pretty incredible benefits to owning a short-term rental. Potential monthly income, appreciation and long-term wealth building are the obvious ones, but there can also be some amazing tax advantages when everything is structured correctly. And THAT is where having a really great CPA becomes worth their weight in gold. 🙌

Of course, every property, borrower and tax situation is different, but I love helping people explore the possibilities and figure out if the numbers actually make sense for them.
