Originally I was going to be out-of State, so when the Closing Statements were sent to me the day before Closing I asked John if he could forward just the Buyer's Statement to the Buyer's. He did and took extra time in his email to them (and myself) to explain the Closing statement categories and what they meant. As it turns out, my out-of-State plans changed and I wa able to attend the Closing also.
John is an asset to have in your corner when you are putting a transaction together and helping your Buyer!
