It is a third-party solicitation. They are not affiliated with your current lender.

These types of mailers are designed to look official and create urgency (“waiting period expired,” “call by 10/11/2026”). They often lead to high-pressure sales, unexpected fees, and terms that aren’t as attractive as they first appear.

✅ Always verify any refinance or equity offer directly with your actual lender or a trusted advisor.

✅ Never share personal or mortgage information based on unsolicited mail.

✅ If something feels off, it probably is.
