I’ve had a front-row seat to what Amy has built over the past decade, and she’s done it entirely her way.

Amy Bell, Mortgage Girl is her brand, her reputation, and her business. Her success comes from years of experience, consistency, strong relationships, and knowing exactly how she wants to serve her clients.

What I’m proud of is that we’ve been able to give Amy the infrastructure and support behind the scenes. We've done that without asking her to become something she isn’t and without asking her to give anything up.

That’s really what SERV is about: helping strong mortgage businesses keep their identity, keep their relationships, and have more power behind what they’ve already built.

At SERV, we're proud to support Amy Bell and her team.

Better together. Powered by SERV.

Some mortgage businesses need a blueprint. Others have already built one that works.

Amy Bell built one of those businesses.

She has spent more than a decade building a recognizable brand, a strong reputation, and a way of doing business that is distinctly her own.

Her production reflects it: top 1% with UWM for a decade, with multiple years as the #1 UWM loan officer in Georgia.

Our role isn’t to replace what Amy built or tell her how to run it.

Our role is to provide the infrastructure behind it — the lending relationships, technology, operations, financial visibility, and support that help an established mortgage business keep moving forward.

Her brand. Her relationships. Her business.

Twelve families. One week. That's a whole lot of keys handed over!

From Washington State to Florida to right here in Georgia, this is the work we're proud of.

Different cities, different families, same commitment every single time.

We're grateful for every client we have the privilege to help.

In the comfort after hard days.
In the steady presence that makes a family feel grounded, loved, and together.

From all of us at Affinity Home Lending, Happy Mother’s Day to the women who make home mean so much more.

Grateful for the opportunity to help a family close on a lake house in Blairsville last week.

Every situation is a little different, and some just take a bit more time, patience, and communication. I simply try to stay on top of things and take care of people the best I can throughout the process.

I don’t take any of it for granted — being trusted with something this important means a lot.

If you ever have questions or just want to talk through a scenario, I’m always here.

Had a family close on their home in Powder Springs recently, and the kind note they sent afterward meant a lot to me and Elsa.

Here's what I want buyers to know: a process that feels "easy" on your end almost never means it was simple behind the scenes. This particular file had international gift funds — the kind of detail that can quietly stall a closing for weeks if the team handling it isn't paying attention.

Whether your loan is complicated with international gift funds or simple and straight forward, my goal is for you to feel calm while we do the heavy lifting.

I've been doin this for a long time and I can tell you the difference between a good experience and a stressful one usually comes down to communication. Elsa is relentless about it, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Love to start off a Monday with good news!

Mortgage Market Intelligence ranked Affinity Home Lending #6 in the nation — measuring net LO growth across non-bank lenders with 20+ loan officers and $100M+ in production.

We're proud of the momentum. More importantly, we're focused on keeping it.
