Had a family close on their home in Powder Springs recently, and the kind note they sent afterward meant a lot to me and Elsa.

Here's what I want buyers to know: a process that feels "easy" on your end almost never means it was simple behind the scenes. This particular file had international gift funds — the kind of detail that can quietly stall a closing for weeks if the team handling it isn't paying attention.

Whether your loan is complicated with international gift funds or simple and straight forward, my goal is for you to feel calm while we do the heavy lifting.

I'm in this industry because helping people buy a home is my favorite part of the job—and I want to stay connected to how I can support our loan officers and do that well.

Clean intake, strong backend, no surprises. That's what protects the experience and moves the timeline.

🎄Friday afternoon, was honored to kick off the break by celebrating the incredible teachers at Marietta High School with a Christmas party at .

Together with Smith, Tumlin, McCurley, And Patrick, P.C., and , we were able to treat these educators to dinner, giveaways, and a small token of appreciation for everything they do all year long.

These teachers show up everyday for our kids and our community. Taking time to celebrate them before they head into a well-earned break meant a lot to us.
