Working with Lia was a wonderful experience. She is incredibly sharp, focused and dedicated to her profession. She is not the one to open doors and leave the clients to fend for themselves. My client was in GA. She helped him identify an income generating property, negotiated tooth and nail with the listing agent, arranged the inspection, re-negotiated and double-checked with the attorney and I to ensure that we do not order a survey if it was not required. And surprisingly, it was not. This saved the buyer more than $500 and a lot of time, enabling us to get to a 'Cleared to Close' in 9 days. My client added a gem to his real estate portfolio without ever visiting the property, all done from the comfort of his living room in GA.
It is rare to find an agent who is so meticulous and committed to 'small' details that can have a 'big' financial impact for her clients. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to scale their real estate portfolio whether they are first-time investors or seasoned ones.
