The first mortgage we started ended up falling through due to the team dropping the ball but the second time was pretty smooth. The team is very responsive with any questions and requests. Out of the four mortgages ive been apart of this one was the easiest. Mark is able to give straight and to the point answers that help you understand your limits and possibilites.
