5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Joshua Champneys by Catia F - Josh was amazing everything we asked he made happen. This is a lengthy interview, but it’s all true. Josh had gotten us 6 to 7 months prior to what’s closing. We ended up losing out on a property because of old realtor and D due diligence that was due because of the client’s knowing that we had a rehab Loan so it just didn’t work out and we lost out on $500. This may not seem like a lot too many people, but it is for a family of six with Children. Not just any Children special ability babies. Josh was there to encourage us all the way there were times where we felt. He was a communicating well enough, and he felt as if he just didn’t know how to tell us that we had another hiccup however, Josh never gave up on us and we never gave up on him. It was tough. We had a lot of questions and he answered all of them. We had a lot of comments and he responded. We made sure that we were both in a good head space to make it To the end but we spent 57 days in a hotel too. Josh made sure that we were always OK. He checked in on us to make sure that everything was being accommodated for us. He went inn for us with the lenders, even having to switch different lenders for us to be able to be accommodated, he is amazing. He searched for us. He got our paperwork together. He always encouraged us. He kept our realtor Silvia Cruz involved all the way those two the power team, even to the fact that the sellers agent was amazing. Josh just communicated with the whole team. It may seem that things are not going fast enough for you but just remember Josh is the man to carry you through. We had days where we were just pulling out our hair. It was always more and more and more, but he encouraged us in The Lord, and behold we now have our 5 bedroom 3 bath, 4acre secluded area thanks to Josh following Gods Instructions. Our kids are able to roam, and have fun and we wake up Worry Free. God really used Josh to be a blessing to us. We are Christians and we thank God for choosing our team. It could not have been better without Josh again this is an honest review. I know some people may not want to go through it, but we were determined to have our second home even to the fact of making our finances work, Josh did it all so with that being said I leave this five star review along with my wife in hopes that you all will see the urgency and the earnest love we felt from Josh and team. I proceed to write that this about this man of God. He showed us our ethnicity didn’t matter, and how incredible this man of God is. He walked in our world. self employed and even fighting other battles. He treated us like his family immediately family. He was behind a work load at times, spent time away from his Family which is His world for us. This was all just to be able to do what he had to for my family. We as a family are forever grateful. So if you ask if we recommend him absolutely.
