which have provided me stability during these tumultuous times. My experience on the
origination side of mortgages as well as processing has given me the thorough
understanding of nearly all stages of residential lending.

When I started in the mortgage industry over 20 years ago, the conforming loan limit was $322,700. I just got an email saying we can start using 2026's $819,000 limit now in 2025, already.
