Collaborating w/ Northstar Financial NMLS 198653 for additional services in Colorado & Idaho, as well as California. I am currently managing a pipeline of residential mortgage loans with several brokers
in the Southern California area. I’ve had 2 decades of experience processing
conventional, high balance, FHA, and jumbo loans we well as Non-QM, VA, 2nd
mortgages, and piggyback loan submissions from registration to funding utilizing a
variety of wholesale lender portals. I’ve been able to develop good lasting relationships with wholesale lending teams and
AEs as well as several escrow & title officers and teams which have all been resources
I utilize as needed in processing current loans. I’ve experienced big rises and falls in the industry and my commitment to it has not
waivered. I’ve been able to capitalize on extremely closing high volumes of the past
which have provided me stability during these tumultuous times. My experience on the
origination side of mortgages as well as processing has given me the thorough
understanding of nearly all stages of residential lending.

When I started in the mortgage industry over 20 years ago, the conforming loan limit was $322,700. I just got an email saying we can start using 2026's $819,000 limit now in 2025, already.
