Cracks in a foundation can be scary… but not every crack kills a deal.
The day before closing, underwriting asked for a third-party inspection on a small slab crack. It could’ve delayed everything, but we moved quickly, brought in an inspector, got the documentation needed, and received the clear to close the very next morning.
