Finishing up the day and the month with another new construction loan! I love doing construction loans and seeing what my clients dream about come to life! So excited for Annaly Brasher and Caleb Burch on the beginning of this chapter! Each of them got a recommendation separately to use me to finance their construction loan. So appreciative for those that continue to recommend me! Thanks David Ivey Jr. and Natalie Saunders for your trust to get this done! We acquired land and set up funds to build with one loan, and plan to keep this loan in place when the build is all done! Thanks to Conveyance Title as well for an amazing job!
