I've been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years, starting as a real estate agent before becoming a loan originator. I love discussing their current and future needs so that I can best direct them to the loan that's right for them. First-time homebuyers are especially great to work with because of the potential to create lifetime clients. I make sure that they have an awesome experience throug

hout the entire process. When someone decides to work with me, I make it a habit to under commit and over deliver. I also value communication and feel like it's the best tool for having my clients stay informed from start to finish. My goal is to make my borrower's life easy as they embark on the journey of homeownership. With me, there are no surprises, just excellent customer service. When I'm not originating loans I love to cook, travel, and work out. I'm a rare Atlanta native who grew up in Smyrna and, as a University of Georgia graduate, am a true Bulldogs fan! NMLS 216210

This one's a little trickier!

PITI stands for:

• Principal – Pays down the loan balance.
• Interest – The cost of borrowing money.
• Taxes – Property taxes that may be included in the monthly payment.
• Insurance – Homeowners insurance, and sometimes other required insurance.

When people talk about a monthly mortgage payment, they're often referring to the full PITI payment, not just the principal and interest.
