I haven’t been as active on here as I should be lately. But that doesn’t mean that I’m not still helping people fulfill their homeownership dreams! This one is such a sweet story.
I started working with Jonathan back in May. He had the challenge, like many buyers do with their first home, of finding something in his budget that fit his needs and vision. But he was patient and had an incredible attitude the entire time. Now at just 19 years old, Jonathan and his sweet fiancé are proud homeowners! He worked so hard to get here, maintained stellar credit, and was so patient with the process of finding the perfect home to call their own! He was gracious and easy to work with. Jonathan listened and learned when I taught him about how everything works. He also raises his two little sisters who now have a place to call home. He was determined to make this dream a reality! I couldn’t be more thrilled for his family to embark on their next chapter!
Jonathan, thank you for being a true delight. You remind us why this job is important. Cheers to many years making memories in your adorable new home!
