Now is the BEST time to buy a home. 🏡

It’s also the WORST time to buy a home.

Wait…what? 😂

Because there isn’t one answer that applies to everyone.

For one person, buying today could mean getting the right house, negotiating a great deal, building equity, and putting themselves in a better financial position.

For someone else, buying right now might be a terrible decision.

That’s why I’m not a fan of blanket statements like “You need to buy now!” or “Wait until rates come down!”

Neither tells me anything about YOU.

What’s your current housing situation?
What payment are you comfortable with?
How long do you plan to own the home?
What are your financial goals?
What does your income, debt and savings look like?
What opportunities exist in your particular market?

Sometimes after we run the numbers, my advice may be BUY.

Sometimes it may be WAIT.

My job isn’t to convince you to get a mortgage. It’s to help you understand your options and build a strategy that makes sense for your life and your goals.
