Buying a home? 🏡 Here’s a smart way to save BIG on your mortgage!

Did you know you can negotiate with the seller to lower your upfront OR ongoing mortgage costs? Two common ways to do this:

➡ Temporary Buydown – This lowers your interest rate for the first 1-3 years, giving you lower monthly payments upfront. It’s great if you expect your income to grow or just want to ease into homeownership!

➡ Seller Credit – The seller covers some of your closing costs, meaning less cash out of pocket for you. You can even use it to permanently lower your interest rate!

Which one is better?
✔ If you want lower payments at the start, go for a buydown.
✔ If you need help with closing costs, ask for seller credits.
✔ In a buyer’s market? Negotiate for both!
