Rates are going up, there’s still not a crazy amount of inventory right now and everything you see on the news is negative. This can be a stressful time for anyone buying a home right because of these factors BUT those factors shouldn’t discourage you. These factors are making opportunities for motivated buyers. Having someone who has significant experience on the financing and realtor side is vital to capitalize when you get your opportunity. Rent isn’t going down and neither are home prices anytime soon and understanding what you need to do to get in a home is key. It all starts with education in understanding what can be done and how to do it.
