Good morning folks!
We have been made aware that some customers are having problems calling our office. It seems the problem is with cell phones calling a landline. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Mint Mobile, etc. are affected by this, and upon speaking with our IT people, it is due to the tornadoes in Appleton/Menasha/Neenah area.
If you have access to email, please email us at [email protected], or landline to landline seems to work fine as well.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope the lines and towers get restored down there soon!

For safety of ourselves and our customers, we are closing the second half of the day. Follow AQI alerts and precautions! Stay indoors, run an air purifier if you have one, wear N95 or FFP2 masks when outdoors, and keep an eye on your weather alerts. Hope we get some relief tomorrow!
We are monitoring emails and will get calls at home by dialing 9 on our emergency line.
