As the Regional Development Manager for the Greenville and Charlotte General Offices, I provide training, mentoring, coaching and skills mastery to Agents. I am responsible for the implementation and facilitation of training initiatives, procedures and directives. Oversee Company specific training and development for all Agents.
2. Conduct sales training and licensing classes to develop new and ex

perienced Agents.
3. Mentor Agents in Company financial solution design; sales & prospecting techniques; and sales activity training.
4. Implement and teach the New York Life Curriculum.
5. Advise and consult with the management team and the Managing Partner on recruiting and retention efforts.
