We know that if we treat our clients well, set proper and reasonable expectations, and over-deliver on those expectations – that success will always follow. So, always expect us to do the right thing – which is to act in your best interest first.
We won’t try to sell you something you don’t need, but we will never sell you “cut-rate” insurance just to get your premium lower. If you’re looking for the “cheapest thing you have”, we’re most likely not going to be a good fit for you. However, if you’re looking for proper insurance coverage, at a competitive price, then you will be very pleased with us. We are an independent agency, meaning that we can shop among the top rated carriers for proper coverage/price, and make them compete for your business. We will always endeavor to let you know your coverage options so you can make an informed decision about your insurance coverage.
We do things a little differently than you may have experienced before. We believe that your time – as well as ours – is valuable, so we use technology to enhance your experience, and make it a quick and efficient one. We have happy clients all the way from the Upstate of SC, down to the coast – and everywhere in between. If you’re always busy – as most of our clients are – you don’t need to make a trip to our office to make payments, coverage changes, etc – we can do many things over the phone and email. But you’re always welcome to stop by, and we still also make visits to some of our larger commercial clients as well. Don’t look for us to skip out on thoroughness though – we always take the necessary time to make sure that we are addressing your needs properly, and diligently. Technical competence is also very important to us, and is one of our core values. We are constantly learning and improving our processes to make it easier for our clients to do business with us.
