Mr. Paul is the greatest in the world. We enjoyed how direct, upfront, helpful and very respectful he is. I ask a LOT of questions and he was so patient and kind while answering them all. If "no question is a silly question" was a person, it would be Mr. Paul. He is extremely well versed in VA home loans. I was expecting it to be a hard process due to horror stories I've heard but it was so simple. CrossCountry has an easy to navigate system with reminders. When we buy again, we'll be calling Mr. Paul first.
