Down payment and closing costs tend to be the biggest barrier for people trying to get into their first home. There are down payment assistance programs in many states to help people in this arena. If this bill passes- many people who were previously unable to buy due to these circumstances - would now be able to, with possibly zero out of pocket expenses!

A wonderful Saturday with a fantastic group of individuals! This team came together to put to roof on and give the property a facelift. The homeowner had recently lost her husband to long battle with cancer. He was a disabled military vet that gave many years of service to our country. It was an honor for all of us to serve their family.
