What an incredible "Morning of Transformation" with Steve Scanlon of Rewire, Inc.!

We had 35 professionals join us for a morning of powerful science-backed insight and inspiration.

So many questions, perspectives and reflections. This was one of our most engaging sessions ever.

The question of the day was "what 3 things can I do to change my mindset and alleviate stress."'

The answer: metacognition ( the process of thinking about your own thinking), considering positive narratives and realizing there are some things out of our control!

Accessible tips to lower cortisol:
