5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Kenny Bunch by Haley K - Thank you for being available to answer my questions, especially outside of what you normally would work. Having a job that makes it so it's digit for me to leave to be able to ask questions or try and coordinate a call while at work is challenging but I appreciate that you were able to make time to be available for me when I needed it. Aside from that I appreciate all of your knowledge and ability to help make sure I was prepared for everything I needed to be and helped me understand the finer details of things with me loan process.

Even though we all want mortgage rates to come down, experts say this latest inflation data could actually set the stage for rates to stay “higher for longer.”

So, what can you do about it? Should you just wait?

Our advice is simple. Focus on what you can control.

Even in a market like this, there are things you can do to get the best mortgage rate possible. Because sometimes you need to move no matter what’s happening – and that’s okay. You just need the right strategy.

Let's talk about what this means for your situation and your timing.
