📬 A new California property notification requirement is coming.

Starting January 1, 2027, county recorders will be required to mail notifications when certain real estate documents, such as deeds of trust, are recorded.

✅ Make sure your property tax bill mailing address is up to date.
✅ Review any notifications you receive.
✅ Contact your county recorder if something looks unfamiliar.
