We have worked with Tyler previously on an earlier house purchase, so when we went to buy, there was no question who we wanted to help us. And to no surprise, Tyler was again incredibly competent, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to get us where we wanted to go. His efforts this time showed his expertise and ability to problem solve, finding a solution to every obstacle and being constantly available to assist in the process and answer any and all questions, no matter how mundane. I have suggested Tyler to many friends and family and will consider to do so until it is no longer and option. We truly appreciate Tyler as a person and professional and hope to work with him again in the future!

He and his team are also extremely responsive and stayed on top of every detail, even going above and beyond by contacting the listing agent to help our offer get accepted. We appreciate all of the work they put in on our behalf. In addition to the stellar service, we found that Guild also offered some of the most competetive 30-year mortgage rates and flexible long-term plans.

He was able to fit our timeline and get us to close within 2 weeks! And worked hard to make sure we would be able to get our home and feel comfortable about all the information we recieved. All around it was a great experience and we will definitely be spreading the word about him and guild.
