We just wrapped up a review of the 2023 numbers and want to send out a heartfelt thank you to all of our clients and referral partners. Last year was a roller coaster ride to say the least with mortgage rates hitting a 22 year high and mortgage volumes hitting some of the lowest levels in that same time period. We helped 220 families either purchase a new home or refinance last year and look forward to helping more in '24.

As everyone who knows us is aware, we thoroughly believe real estate is a must for long term wealth creation. I also advocate making extra principal payments or switch to a 15 year fixed when it fits within your budget. 15 year fixed rates are nearly .50% lower in rate compared to 30 year fixed terms. If you are debating about refinancing into 15 year fixed, give us a call and we can go over the numbers to see if it makes sense.
