Big Changes Are Here for Condo Financing

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have introduced significant condo guideline changes that impact financing today—with even more changes coming in January 2027.

These updates are designed to create financially stronger condo communities while helping reduce deferred maintenance and special assessments.

Knowledge is power. The more we understand these changes, the smoother condo transactions become.
