You’re really thinking ahead to use any funds you get from your wedding for a down payment; you’re our people!

The most important thing to remember is that we need to source the money, AKA tell the underwriter where the money came from. If you’re using a wedding registry with sites like Zola or The Knot, you can set up funds to route to you via venmo and other transfer platforms. Keep the transfers as limited as possible and keep track of which funds are going into which accounts and communicate this to your Spire loan officer as soon as you’re ready.
