If now is the right time for you to buy, then you should commit to it.

Because if you’re focused on interest rates, you should know that they’re not the problem–they’re an excuse.

More than that, if you’re renting because of interest rates, you’re doing yourself a disservice. You’re already paying that interest to your landlord.

You might as well build some equity and set yourself up for financial success in the long run.

Real estate myth: you must put 20% down on a house.

This myth is so wrong–in fact, most people don’t put 20% down until they’re in their late 50s!

Many buyers put down much less than 20% when they buy their homes. That goes for young buyers in their 20s to buyers in their 40s.

Don’t let outdated myths like this one make you feel like you can’t afford to buy a home. Instead, arm yourself with the facts!
