Quick market check 👇

Consumers are still holding up really well right now, spending is up 5.6% year-over-year (a 4-year high), even with higher gas prices.

So what does that mean for housing? 🏡
Buyers haven’t disappeared, they’re just adjusting. Strong employment and steady finances are still supporting demand.

My take: this is starting to look like a more normal, balanced market, not a slowdown.
