Their existing primary residence was listed and was being actively marketed. however, the borrowers needed equity from this property to close on the Aptos property. Here's another recently funded loan! Private financing, and the experience of Persevere Lending to arrange quick and complex mortgages, was the only option for this borrower. It is very rewarding to play a role in such critical and impactful transactions for our clients.

The borrower for this Bridge Loan was an LLC comprised of partners engaged in multiple activities. The Managing Member was a tenant in the Alamo property for 18 years. The property owner abruptly decided to sell the house. He gave our borrower an offer to purchase the house at a steep discount, albeit with a very small window of time to perform. The borrower had purchase financing lined up but was in a temporary liquidity crunch due to enormous growth and demand in his various businesses. Persevere Lending received the loan request on a Friday evening and worked over the weekend to ensure our client's timeline was met. Within 72 hours we structured a creative cross-collateralized Bridge Loan that covered the majority of the purchase price and closing costs. The borrower closed in time and was able to capitalize on an amazing opportunity for his family’s emotional quality of life, and their long-term financial security!
