Out of all the different sandals in the world, almost every single pair was the exact same brand and style. 👀

Most people think buying an investment property is easy until they actually start looking.

My client had a very specific vision and we were not willing to settle.

We explored everything, from brand-new construction homes to resale properties, ran numbers, compared locations, analyzed potential, and stayed patient through the process.

A lot of houses looked “good enough.”
But good enough is how people make bad investments.

Today, we finally closed on the right one.
Not just a house, a smart long-term move.
