One thing I have been asked or heard over the years …

If you can put a primary residence in an LLC thinking they’re protected. But in Texas or homestead states, that can actually backfire.

You risk losing your homestead exemption.

The better structure:
• Primary → Trust
• Investments → LLC

Structure matters. Strategy matters. Who you get advice from matters.

This was my second time buying a house and this experience was very smooth from start to finish. Jose keep us informed about everything throughout the process so we was never out of the loop. He even took it a step further and gave us informed decisions on selling our house and finding realtors. I would definitely recommend picking him as your lender. We had some small hiccups along the way but Jose took those challenges head on and still made sure we could close on the scheduled date and we can’t thank him enough for that. If you are looking for a lender look no further trust me you will not get a better experience than the one you will have if you go with Jose. Thanks again for everything!

Once in a lifetime you’re blessed to be able to help your parent buy their first home. 6 years in this and hundreds of families helped. I finally got the opportunity to close someone that’s literally my blood relative. 😂

In 2013 my dad was there with me signing my LOI to go to college. If you would have told me at that time I would be at the closing table with him signing for his first house. I wouldn’t have believed it.

Little did I know God had bigger plans and a bigger impact in place for me.
