As a Production Partner, you’ll work closely with a Loan Officer to deliver exceptional service to clients from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who loves communicating, problem-solving, and guiding clients through the mortgage process with confidence and care.

What You’ll Do:
🏡 Build and maintain relationships with clients
📋 Analyze mortgage applications and determine the best loan programs
💬 Communicate and educate clients on loan options, benefits, and risks
🧮 Complete income calculations and run AUS
🤝 Collaborate with processors and team members to ensure smooth closings

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2+ years of loan originating or production partner experience
✅ Strong communication and multitasking skills
✅ Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo loans
✅ Licensed and registered with NMLS
✅ Passion for customer service and attention to detail

Last week, some of the incredible Benchmark Baddies had an unforgettable time in Cabo! It was all about celebrating each other, sharing ideas, and reconnecting on what truly matters to us. Bonding over these moments was so special.
