Fall events can bring more visitors, volunteers, vendors, and moving parts to your church property. A little preparation can help the day run more smoothly.

Before the event, confirm who is responsible for safety, review vendor agreements and certificates, walk the property for hazards, clarify transportation plans, and make sure incident-reporting steps are easy to find.

If this year's event looks different from last year's, it is worth reviewing the changes with your insurance advisor before the doors open.
