Each year I like to close the year out speaking a blessing over my friends and family. (I’m an old school Presbyterian Deacon and this is what we do.) Last year I prayed each of you would find The Goodness of God and see His grace and mercy working throughout your life. Cue: CeCe Winans The Goodness of God Song. Link is here in previous posts.

For 2026, I just want to speak the name of God over your lives and to pray for blessings over you. (Read Deuteronomy 28:6-16)

It’s not Thanksgiving yet - but our home 🏠 as of yesterday 🥳 is decorated for fall, 🍂🍁and as always I am incredibly grateful for so many things. One of the things I’m especially grateful for: Working the past couple of hours with my carriers . . . and I was floored. Just a huge amount of gratefulness for how many referrals all of you have sent me this year. Seriously. It’s mind blowing. None of you are a “number” or a “data point”. I know so much about each of you: your families, your pets, your spouses, . . . Thank you for being so inspiring! I love your stories! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your next chapter in your life’s journey. 2026 is coming at us fast! I’ll be reaching out to all of you shortly - October - to do plan reviews and identify areas where together we can improve your coverage and benefits. In the meantime, thank you SO MUCH for all the referrals. It is truly humbling.

🚨 Please warn your family and friends:

Just received a phone call from someone stating that The Administration has changed the laws in .

Right out of the gate THE CALLER ASKED FOR MY INFORMATION so she could verify my benefits. (Obviously they didnt know I’m a licensed insurance agent in Medicare!)

🚨People, this is 💯 and a ! 🚨

These call centres are out to flip you off your current Medicare plan and enrol you onto another plan. Why? To move you into their book if business and get paid for enrolling you. They don’t care that you may already be on the best plan for YOU. They’re just looking to move you to another plan. Any. Other. Plan!

☎️ I receive calls all the time from people looking for help after being switched by these unscrupulous blaggards. (It’s especially painful when beneficiaries are in the middle of treatments and have suddemly lost access to providers etc.)

🫆Here’s the second clue that they are cons: if you are on Medicare, Medicare rules state that these 3rd party marketing organisations, brokers, and agents are NOT ALLOWED to initiate contact with you by phone. They are also NOT allowed to knock on your door - recently had this happen to two of my clients - unless you have given them written permission (on a Scope of Appointment form) to speak with you about plans.

Please, please do not fall for these calls from people you don’t know. Call your licensed agent if you have concerns about your Medicare benefits or plan. A good agent will always have YOUR best interest at 💙.
