We exist with the sole purpose of assisting our clients to understand their options in order to create a strong financial strategy in an ever changing world. We have confidence in our products and our company which, in turn, enables us to empower our clients to make informed decisions. The Pursuit didn't end when ALL IN did.

Later this month, we're bringing our advisors back together for the next session of Fast Track, our training program built around the fundamentals that drive results at every stage of a career. Client conversations, prospecting habits, confident presentations, consistent follow-through. The skills that separate the advisors who plateau from the ones who keep climbing.

It's timed on purpose. The last quarter is where a good year becomes a great one, and the advisors who finish strong are the ones who sharpen their tools before the final push, not after.

Fast Track is one piece of a bigger commitment. Life and DI BootCamp's, mentorship, Advanced Sales support, a back office built to keep advisors in front of clients. At Bluecrest Financial Alliances, we are always investing toward success.

Quick question for every advisor reading this: do you know which phase your practice is in?

Not how it feels. Which phase? Survival, recurring revenue, capacity, teaming, leading without operating, or succession.

Most advisors can answer in about two seconds. The harder question is what it takes to get to the next one, because the skills that got you through survival aren't the ones that get you to capacity, and the ones that got you to capacity won't build a team.

That's the framework we built ALL IN 2026 around, and it's what we're carrying into the last quarter. Same summit, same focus, finishing the year strong.

What happens to your clients when you're ready to step back?

At ALL IN 2026, Mike and Curtis sat down together to answer that question from both sides of it. One has spent decades building relationships with families who trust him. The other is building the next chapter of his practice. Together, they're making sure no client ever has to start over.

Every advisor left ALL IN 2026 with a compass. It isn't a souvenir.

Because the work you do is a pursuit, and a pursuit needs a bearing.

Every advisor made a decision at some point: this is the practice I'm building, these are the clients I want to serve, this is the kind of advisor I want to be. That decision is your true north. It's what you come back to when you're choosing which case to chase, which client to call first, which opportunity is worth the climb.

A compass doesn't make the route easy. It makes it clear. It points to where you already decided you want to go, so every step you take is in the same direction.

That's what we wanted our advisors to carry home. Not a reminder of the conference, but a reminder of the commitment they've already made, and that we're on the trail with them.
