rst, our offerings were limited to commercial insurance services. Then, as clients responded favorably to our ability to tailor solutions to fit their needs, they began to ask for more. As a result, we expanded to offer a full range of risk management solutions including personal insurance, employee benefits, loss control, and claims management. Today, Swingle Collins serves a growing roster of regional, national and international clients. We had the privilege of hosting an incredible group of young women from The Hockaday School through the Daisy Summer Internship and Shadowing Program for a job shadow day and lunch with some of our department leaders. The students connected with alumna Kelsey Robertson, Shareholder and Commercial Risk Advisor, for a behind-the-scenes look at the insurance industry and the many career paths available in our field.

We believe education extends far beyond the classroom, and opportunities like these help bridge the gap between learning and real-world experience, especially for these rising juniors and seniors as they pursue their education and plan for the future. Investing in young women, exposing them to professional environments, and helping them envision a career in insurance is one of the most meaningful ways we can support the next generation of leaders.

Our summer interns have officially landed! Join us in welcoming our inaugural intern class as they begin an immersive 8-week journey into the world of commercial insurance.

Meet the crew:

From Baylor University: Mark Dreyer, Stephen Murray, and Tommy Nail
From University of Oklahoma: Cade Cook and Cameron Shoemaker
From Texas A&M University: Sam Heinrich and Caden Varner

Throughout the program, these talented, hand-selected students will gain hands-on experience, work alongside industry professionals, and develop a strong foundation across multiple areas of the insurance business. From real-world client applications and sales strategy to claims management, risk analysis, and relationship building, they'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.

By the end of the summer, they'll leave with valuable experience, new connections, a completed project portfolio, and a deeper understanding of the many career paths within our industry. We look forward to seeing all they accomplish at SCA!

Congratulations to our Swingle Collins foursome for winning the Dallas Branch qualifier of the Chubb Charity Challenge!

The Chubb Charity Challenge continues to make a meaningful impact, raising more than $1 million in 2025 for local nonprofits through a unique combination of friendly competition and charitable giving. This fall, our team will advance to the national tournament for a chance to win $50,000 on behalf of The Momentous Institute, a longtime partner of Swingle Collins and the beneficiary of our 2024 Chubb Charity Challenge victory.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support the vital mental health services, education, and counseling that The Momentous Institute provides to children and families across the Dallas community.

Thank you to Chubb for hosting a fantastic event and bringing together industry partners and colleagues for a great day on the course. We’re excited for the next round and the chance to make an even greater impact!

Our team had a fantastic time this past weekend at the CJ Cup Byron Nelson! As sponsors and proud members of the Salesmanship Club, we’re honored to help host this outstanding tournament each year, with all proceeds benefiting the Momentous Institute, one of our favorite causes. Their work providing mental health services, education, and family support to children across the Dallas community continues to make a lasting impact. Being able to champion such an important cause while giving back as a community partner is always perfectly aligned with our mission, both on and off the course!
