From our large brokerage roots, we set out to create an environment where privately held businesses could access the deep product knowledge and expertise they sought from large agencies, within a more responsive and personable framework. rst, our offerings were limited to commercial insurance services. Then, as clients responded favorably to our ability to tailor solutions to fit their needs, they began to ask for more. As a result, we expanded to offer a full range of risk management solutions including personal insurance, employee benefits, loss control, and claims management. Today, Swingle Collins serves a growing roster of regional, national and international clients. Private businesses and successful individuals alike continue to turn to us for our unique balance of in-depth product knowledge and client-centric service.

This year, we’ve invested in strengthening our operations team by bringing in experienced leaders across both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines to support our account management teams. Please join us in welcoming two key additions to the team:

Brandy Hunt, Commercial Lines Operations Manager, brings more than 30 years of insurance experience to our agency. Brandy’s expertise in optimizing workflows and shaping departmental strategy will lead the growth of our systems and account support teams.

Bryan Howard, Personal Lines Sales Manager, brings decades of specialized personal insurance experience to Swingle Collins. He leads our Personal Lines team in developing sales strategy, strengthening client retention, and driving internal growth.

These strategic leadership hires have already helped us strengthen our operational foundation, improve backend processes, and position our teams for continued growth and sales success.

Once a year, we partner with Feed My Starving Children to pack nutrient-dense meals for children across the globe facing life-threatening hunger. Last week, our volunteers helped prepare and pack over 21,000 meals that will feed 58 children in Malawi every day for a year. Thank you to our associates and summer interns for donating their time and effort to make an invaluable impact on these children’s lives and to FMSC for having us!
