In 1982, Swingle Collins & Associates was formed with the goal of serving this vital, thriving middle-market of entrepreneurial and family-owned businesses. From our large brokerage roots, we set out to create an environment where privately held businesses could access the deep product knowledge and expertise they sought from large agencies, within a more responsive and personable framework. At first, our offerings were limited to commercial insurance services. Then, as clients responded favorably to our ability to tailor solutions to fit their needs, they began to ask for more. As a result, we expanded to offer a full range of risk management solutions including personal insurance, employee benefits, loss control, and claims management. Today, Swingle Collins serves a growing roster of regional, national and international clients. Private businesses and successful individuals alike continue to turn to us for our unique balance of in-depth product knowledge and client-centric service.

We had a fantastic time kicking off Red River Rivalry weekend as a sponsor of the Touchdown Club of Dallas’s Rise Roundup! It was an evening of live music, community, and giving back in support of The Ashford Rise School of Dallas and its mission to help children of all abilities learn, grow, and thrive. Members of our operations team recently joined more than 4,000 industry connections in Washington, D.C. for Applied Net 2026. Throughout the conference, our associates attended keynotes, roundtables, and networking events focused on leveraging the evolving technology and tools we rely on to serve our clients.

We gained a first look at the innovations shaping the insurance industry, and between learning and networking, the team also found time for some sightseeing and department bonding in our nation's capital. Thank you, Applied, for having us!

We had a dill-ightful afternoon at our annual Employee Appreciation party last week at Sandy Pickle in Dallas!

All 200 of our in-office and remote employees were invited to gather for pickleball, a chance to win a raffle basket, and camaraderie outside of the office. Together, we enjoyed lunch, drinks, and dinks all in the spirit of teamwork and enjoying each other's company.

We were proud to sponsor and compete in the IICF Southeast Annual Co****le Tournament last week! This is an event we anticipate throughout the year, and our teams had a fantastic time taking our best tosses while supporting local philanthropies.

The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation's Southeast Division has distributed over $13.5 million in community grants to over 300 nonprofits, and we're grateful for the opportunity to give back while enjoying time with our industry peers.

It was a pleasure to bring our community together at Banner House for laughs, new connections, and memorable moments around the Mahjong mats.

A special thank you to Holidays In Bloom for providing the beautiful sets we played on, and to Rose Gold for gifting each guest a bottle of award-winning rosé.
