Some of the best homebuying stories start before someone is ready to buy. 🏡

When Luz first came to me, we talked through her credit, debt, and what needed to happen to put her in a stronger position to buy again. My goal was never just to get her approved. It was to help her understand her options, build a plan, and make sure she was moving in the right direction. Over time, we worked through different stages of that plan. By December 2025, Luz and her fiancé were pre-approved, and in March 2026, they officially purchased their second property. Seeing this family standing in front of their new home is exactly why I do what I do. Luz said it best: “Mauricio didn’t just help us get approved — he helped us create a path.”
