Hello everyone, I'm hiring for the position of Sale assistant, looking for someone Bilingual who has previously work in the mortgage industry but I'm open to training the right person with a good background on Customer service
below are some of the must have to fulfill the role and tasks :
Sale Assistant / Transaction Coordinator
• Assist customers in completing loan applications
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain professional demeanor
• Coordinate new leads appointments and leads follow-ups
• Create, renew, and organize files
• Set calendar remainders for Waldy or myself to follow up with pre-approvals and leads
• Order and follow up VOEs
• Ability to work on a team and multi task on a busy environment
• Help manage CRM
