If you receive a call like this:
• Do not share personal information
• Do not provide account or payment details
• Hang up immediately
• Contact us directly if you have concerns

Caller ID can be manipulated to make it look like a call is coming from a legitimate business. When in doubt, end the call and reach out to us directly.

Gift card scams are on the rise. Scammers may call and instruct you to purchase gift cards and read the card numbers or PINs over the phone.

Never share this information. Once the numbers are provided, the funds can be taken immediately and may be difficult to recover.

If someone asks you to pay with a gift card, stop and verify the request. When in doubt, contact your FSB team at (979) 732-2332 before taking action.
