Alex reached out on a Saturday morning and literally after 10 minutes I knew more about the process than I had in the previous two weeks. What impressed me the most right off the bat - he continued to ask me "what questions do you have". That's exactly the way to approach this, especially with new home buyers who have zero experience in this industry. All questions answered and a gameplan put in place in a 20 minute phone call. Very simply put, I felt at ease after the first phone call and really never had to worry after that.

Then once we got aprroved, then the emails started coming. If I had any questions I knew I could call Alex and any member of the team and they always pilute polite and willing to help me inderstand understand what I beeded needed to do.

Communication is key in this business and Alex never leaves you hanging or wondering. Some deals are easy and others aren't so much. However, Alex really shines when he as to go the extra mile to get it done when other lenders would have given up. If you haven't worked with him, you should!
