Alex was available any time I needed and was detailed and thorough when I needed clarity with the process. The rate I received was competitive and the entire team made me feel like a valued customer. I'm super happy that Shelley referred me. I've only got one small critique - Some of the email communication got a little confusing since it the same message seemed to get delivered from multiple people in different emails at different times. It wasn't a major issue though. Thank you for all your help and I'm so excited for our new home!
