📉 Fed Rate Cut – What Does It Mean? 📉

Rates are staying flat, and the market’s reaction to the Fed’s decision yesterday is mixed. The concern? A larger cut could spark inflation (bad for rates) or signal a potential recession (good for rates). The next few weeks could be a wild ride 📈📉.

With more Fed meetings in November and December, we’re likely to see another 25 basis point cut at each. Long-term projections suggest rates will continue to drop.

My advice? Don’t wait for the “perfect” rate. 🏡 With so much uncertainty, now could be the perfect time to find your dream home with less competition. You can always refinance when rates come down!
