We have a very exciting announcement! We are changing our team name to De Maria Homes! We received feedback from our friends, family, past and current clients about the "De Maria Team" name being ambiguous. We also received scary feedback that potential clients didn't know what we did! They ended up in the hands of other Realtors that weren't meeting their needs - so we decided to take action and make our name very clear! We help people buy and sell HOMES!

We also feel as though our team's consecration to Our Lady, Mary, was not obvious enough. De Maria Homes translates to “Mary’s Homes.” So we included a symbol for her. The Fleur de Lis symbolizes Our Lady. Why Mary? We want to honor her purity of intention, integrity, humility, love, kindness, and dedication through our business. This outward tribute comes from a place of love for our Catholic faith. Everything we do, we do through her immaculate heart.

And lastly, our good friend and excellent Florida Realtor, Tara Carter, taught us that having a memorable symbol for your brand is vital. This symbol should also have a significant meaning and a strong connection to your company's values and members. We have chosen the tulip. The tulip stands for confidence, happiness, life and a passion for living it!

We hope to continue expressing our team's values, not only through our branding, but through our service and commitment.
