46 years of marriage and their very FIRST home! ❤️🏡

Yesterday was such a special closing! Joyce and Floyd just celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary, and now they have another reason to celebrate!

A huge shoutout to their Realtor, Michael Bochenek from The Forward Group , who spent months helping them find the right home!

When their original financing limited their buying power, they came to us for a second opinion. We were able to get them preapproved for more with VA financing and 0% down, and their very first offer with us was ACCEPTED! 🔑
