CrossCountry Mortgage just announced that we are getting ahead of the curve by adjusting our conforming loan limits up to the projected 2024 limit of $750,000. We will begin honoring this projected limit today, well ahead of the new year. This means you can finance a higher-priced home without the additional requirements and restrictions of a jumbo loan.
