So excited for these first-time homebuyers who officially closed on their gorgeous new home in Rock Hill, SC!

We used FHA financing, which allowed them to purchase with just 3.5% down 💸 another reminder that becoming a homeowner doesn’t always require the huge down payment people think it does.

A big thank you to their amazing agent for being such a great partner and helping make this such a smooth homeownership journey from start to finish!

First up: Bank Statement Loans 🏦

If you’re self-employed, you probably know that what your business actually brings in and what your tax returns show after write-offs can look VERY different. A bank statement loan may give us another way to look at your income and qualify.

And this is exactly why I love being a broker — when the traditional route doesn’t quite fit, I can shop different lenders and programs to find one we can tailor to the situation. ✂️

Three years have flown by at Loan Pronto Inc💚💚💚

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities I’ve had here and for the freedom to grow my business in the way that feels most authentic to me 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽—by building genuine relationships, staying connected long after closing, and always putting my clients’ best interests first.

It’s also hard to believe this marks my 6️⃣th year in the mortgage industry 🏡 Every year has taught me something new, and I’m so thankful to continue learning, growing, and helping more families achieve homeownership.

These repeat clients officially sold their previous home AND closed on their new home in Lancaster, SC today! Big thanks to their agent, Kim! 🔑

Buying and selling at the same time can feel like a lot of moving pieces, but this is where a good team makes all the difference. Running different scenarios, planning ahead and working closely together is something Kim and I do really well 🤝 so our clients can focus more on the exciting part: their next chapter. ✨
