Instead of relying solely on paychecks or tax returns, certain assets can be used to calculate qualifying income. 🏡

This can be a game changer for retirees, high-net-worth buyers, or anyone whose finances don't fit the traditional mortgage box.

So excited for these buyers who officially closed on their new construction home in Gastonia, NC — and they’re starting this next chapter with $20,000 in instant equity! 💸

We were also able to take advantage of seller concessions to make the numbers work even better for them. A good reminder that the purchase price is only ONE piece of the deal — how you structure it can make a big difference, too.
