Today was extra special celebrating these newlyweds as they officially became first-time homeowners!

From getting under contract to getting married and now closing on their very first home together, it’s been so fun to be part of such an exciting season of life.

One of my favorite things about working with first-time buyers is helping make the process feel less overwhelming. I’m so glad I could help answer questions, explain the process, and guide them every step of the way.

What if you didn’t have to wait for mortgage rates to drop by 1% to get the payment relief you’ve been hoping for? 👀🏡

A lot of buyers right now are fully qualified… but the monthly payment still feels uncomfortable. That’s exactly why I’m excited about this new program I’m offering.

For a limited time, buyers can get a first year payment based on a rate 1% lower WITHOUT using seller concessions toward the buydown. Normally, temporary buydowns have to be covered by seller credits, which means less help available toward closing costs.

This option allows buyers to:
✨ Lower their monthly payment the first year
✨ Keep more flexibility with seller concessions
✨ Ease into homeownership with more breathing room

On a $350,000 loan amount, this could mean saving around $222/month during year one 👏

This is available on eligible under contract conventional and government purchase loans through the end of June (homes do NOT need to close by June 30).
