CLOSING DAY!
This Veteran Family moved from Colorado to Fort Benning (Now Fort Moore)! A hectic process for anyone to endure, so glad they trusted me w/ this part of their move! Sold their former home last Friday and closed on this one TODAY! 15 days start to finish in Underwriting, which is tough when doing a NEW BUILD that didn't even have certificate of occupancy until middle of last week!

So grateful they stuck it out and got the KEYS to their new home today and able to move in, get settled, and hopefully RELAX a little in the next few days and feel good about this whole adventure.
