Edward Jones- Financial Advisor: Josh Wurtsbaugh I take great pride in being a Financial Advisor. I'm happy to make an impact on those around me. I was fortunate to be a 3rd generation business owner.

Starting from the ground up! I have worked in entry level jobs, rotating shifts, and learned all aspects of my family's business by doing the actual jobs, boots on the ground. This allowed me to find weaknesses in our processes and earn the respect of my peers/coworkers over the 17 years I was there. Overcoming "Coaches Son Syndrome" became a mission of mine along the way. My work experience is no

t limited to blue collar work but also transitioned into the VP of Manufacturing which required me to take back of the house knowledge/reports to the front of the house. I have also developed my own business from the ground up, building and growing a successful niche company during one of the toughest times to do so (pandemic). Working in direct sales, marketing, book-keeping, training, and performing the labor. I am very mechanical but also enjoy building relationships with people. Old school, Midwest farm boy ethics and values. I enjoy taking something viewed to be complicated or intimidating, and turning into understandable, relatable processes. My clients gain confidence and are empowered to be involved with their personalized financial strategy.
