Home Loan by Heather Mortgage Team - Heather DuFour

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Heather Dufour by Savannah R - Heather was phenomenal. We are under bankruptcy, so we were nervous we were not going to be able to buy a home. She was knowledgeable about the process, reassured us every step, and never gave up. We now have a home for our family to make memories in an amazing neighborhood. The relief she was able to give our family is more than she will ever know.

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Guild Mortgage - Heather DuFour by Maddie L - Heather was outstanding throughout the entire process! She was very responsive and had answers to all of my questions! Being a first time homebuyer and never seeing the process prior it is scary going into the whole thing but she made everything so easy and explained things perfectly and not in complicated words! Couldn’t recommend her more. She will be my go to for any future loans as well!

When was the last time you thought about the equity in your home?

For many homeowners, it's one of their largest assets, but it's often overlooked when discussing personal finances. Fewer know how that value can potentially be used as a financial tool.

Ever use a mortgage calculator and think, "Wow, I can totally afford this"... then see the real payment with taxes, insurance + HOA and 😳?

It's not you. It's the internet math. And that's why getting information directly from a LOCAL lender specific to YOUR situation is crucial!
